beautiful fountain - what can i describe this picture --> calm, peace, excited, cheerful

where do you think this picture suppose to be.. at the park rite... NO LAR... i take this picture in front of National Heart Institute or IJN. Location Jalan Tun Razak. Actually, i purpose to visited my father had done their bypass but it's seem like "Jalan2 cari pasal" here snap all the nice and beautiful view around this hospital. ^_^

At reception..  The view: it's look like you want to check in the hotel and not hospital. Their services? i give two thumbs up.. really the corporate one.. you can see the smiles receptionist 24 hours even in their PMS mood.. just joking :-P
